About the Venue (New Opening) This is a premium-casual Cali-Mex concept opening in a vibrant pocket near Castle Hill. The venue is designed for high-energy trade—locals, families, groups, and weekend crowds—with a strong bar offering to match. You'll be the visible leader on the floor, driving service flow, team performance, and guest experience—building a venue that becomes a true community favourite. The Role As Venue Manager, you'll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, lead a tight-knit FOH and bar team, and elevate the guest experience every service. You'll keep standards sharp, energy high, and operations smooth—while developing people and building a culture that sticks.
