Job Description
Westpac Group's FX market share is growing, and the Business Development Manager – Foreign Exchange will play a key role in accelerating that growth. You will build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions for wholesale customers, focusing on acquiring new-to-bank clients, identifying opportunities within existing portfolios, and winning back FX business from customers who transact elsewhere. The role requires close collaboration with Relationship Managers and FX specialists to provide strategic advice and seamless onboarding, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes every time.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in FX sales and business development within wholesale banking or financial markets.
* A solid understanding of FX products, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
* A data‑driven approach to spotting and converting business opportunities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver customer‑centric outcomes.
