Challenge Employment and Training Ltd is a well-established Registered Training Organisation (Not for Profit) providing training across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland. We are passionate about delivering quality training and employment support programs.

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified trainer and assessor to deliver CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) at our Toowoomba location.
- Delivery will include the use of adaptable learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week.
âś… Essential Requirements
- TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care
- Sound understanding of the Community Services Industry
- Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)
- Current Driver’s Licence
The ability to train and assess HLTAID011 - Provide first aid would be highly regarded

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A team player who works well with admin and training staff
- Able to work independently and manage time well (with minimal supervision)
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Supportive and positive approach to learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using online learning management systems
đź“š What You'll Be Doing
- Teaching and assessing the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) to a range of learners
- Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed
- Using different teaching methods to keep learners engaged
- Marking and submitting assessments on time
- Helping students find work placements
- Keeping accurate records of student progress and achievements
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with community partners and local employers

Compensation is competitive and will be based on your experience. Salary sacrifice is available!
Please note: Our main office is located at Collingwood Park (4301). Occasional travel between campuses may be required.
