Public Law Litigation Solicitor/Associate

The Role
We are looking for a Solicitor/Associate with 2-4 to years’ PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. You will be working as part of a team providing support to Partners including:
* representing Government clients.
* attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.
What You Offer

The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-4 years PQE
* Must have experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation.
* Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
* Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload.
* Strong stakeholder experience.
* Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary.
* Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research.
