The role of a Factual Investigator involves conducting thorough investigations at various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and across VIC. Key responsibilities include interviewing key parties, taking statements, collating evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.

* Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties.
* Prepare and draft factual reports that meet high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence.
* Have a current Working with Children Check.
* Hold a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
* Experience conducting TAC investigations is mandatory.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
