We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to own the design, delivery, and optimisation of enterprise network solutions across both professional services and managed services environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing settings, can move seamlessly between project delivery and BAU, and takes ownership of end-to-end network outcomes.
What You'll Own
* Own the design and delivery of network solutions, including HLDs and LLDs
* Lead end-to-end project implementation across enterprise client environments
* Own and support BAU operations within managed services environments
* Design, deploy, and optimise routing, switching, and security solutions
* Act as a technical escalation point for complex network issues
* Work closely with customers to gather requirements and translate into scalable designs
* Ensure network performance, resilience, and security across all environments
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and standardisation
What You Bring
* Proven experience in both professional services and managed services environments
* Strong experience producing HLD and LLD documentation
* Deep expertise across Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless)
* Hands-on experience with firewalls and security platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
* Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability in complex environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* CCNP minimum (or equivalent), with additional certifications highly regarded
