The Opportunity:
Elysium Digital is looking for a Junior Consultant to join our growing team in a permanent capacity, supporting a client-based Human-Centred Design (HCD) team with operational and administrative activities.

What Will You Do?
As a Design Operations & Administration Support, your responsibilities will include:
* Team operations: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain people-related records and spreadsheets, and help team members navigate tools and systems.
* Meeting coordination and support: Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, take notes, and distribute action items. Assist in preparing and running regular team meetings and planning sessions.
* Section support: Keep collaboration tools and spaces organised (e.g. Content Manager/Trim), manage task boards, and create internal communications and updates for the team.
* Sprint support: Facilitate informal sprint planning and retrospectives for the section's internal operations work.
* Workplace engagement: Act as a site champion for team members across multiple locations, helping coordinate in-person activities and encouraging team engagement in the office.
* General team support: Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, supporting a flexible, responsive, and inclusive team culture.

We're looking for someone who:
* Is organised, dependable and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
* Is confident using (or quickly learning) collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Miro and Content Manager (Trim).
* Has strong interpersonal skills and communicates clearly across teams and levels.
* Is proactive and comfortable with ambiguity—able to adapt as priorities shift and processes evolve.
* Brings a team-first attitude and takes initiative to help things run more smoothly.
* Is available to work full-time and support standard working hours with some flexibility.
Bonus points if you:
* Have experience managing up and know how to set helpful structures or check-ins to keep tasks on track.
* Have a knack for making things easier for others, whether through communication, coordination or clever problem-solving.
