**Role description**:
Join our client as a Service Technician, tasked with delivering servicing and repairs to tractors, machinery, and hay making equipment. This role encompasses effective diagnostic procedures, pre-delivery inspections, servicing, major repairs, and light fabrication/welding duties. Additionally, the incumbent will support the Service Coordinator and uphold safety standards.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Conducting test operations and utilizing efficient diagnostic procedures.
- Performing pre-delivery inspections and timely servicing and major repairs.
- Executing light fabrication/welding duties on various components.
- Upholding high service standards aligned with industry policies.
- Providing assistance to the Service Coordinator and ensuring a secure working environment.
**This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities**:
- Possession of an agricultural or plant mechanical repair trade certificate.
- A minimum of five years of mechanical or similar work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and possession of a valid NSW driver's license.
