Support Worker
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home support services to valued clients.
Working with a roster of repeat clients, you will deliver care and support that is respectful, dignified, safe, and encourages independence in accordance with the individual's support plan.
You will assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, social support, transportation, and domestic assistance.
A key requirement for this role is having good interpersonal skills and being able to build rapport with clients and their families.
* We require applicants to have Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* At least one year's experience in Community, Aged, Disability or Health care is preferred.
