We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as an Assistant Director / Educational Leader. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming early childhood education.
In this leadership role, you will guide and mentor educators to implement high-quality educational practices that foster a culture of professional excellence. You will also play a key part in guiding the strategic direction of our early childhood service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide and support educators in their daily work, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality educational programs.
* Mentor and coach educators to achieve excellent outcomes for children, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
* Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication between teams.
