You will lead critical inquiry into risk, safety, stability and development, ensuring plans align with legislative and best practice requirements.
You will provide expert case advice on complex presentations, lead case reviews and reflective practice to embed evidence informed approaches.
* Maintain systems that support service and quality standards, targets and compliance; monitor and report on outcomes.
* Design and deliver professional development, mentoring and coaching to lift capability at all levels; foster a culture of reflective practice and high expectations.
