The Youth Justice Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of a Bail Facility and Community Mentoring Program, overseeing a team and working closely with Youth Justice Services.
This role involves managing referrals, intake, and case coordination, leading and supervising staff, and coordinating daily programs for young people staying in the facility.

Requirements
This role requires a skilled and compassionate individual with strong leadership skills, knowledge of Youth Justice, and experience supporting young people with complex needs. A qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar is required, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
