Director – Early Childcare Centre

Your Role: As Director you will shape the centre's vision, manage day‐to‐day operations, lead curriculum development, and oversee team leadership. You will craft a stimulating learning atmosphere, build relationships with families, staff and the wider community, and maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing and payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide visionary leadership that promotes a culture of learning and growth.
* Develop and implement high‐quality educational programs aligned with early childhood standards.
* Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
* Build strong connections with families, creating a sense of community and trust.
* Ensure compliance with all state and national regulations and licensing requirements.
* Continue building on the existing QIP.
* Manage rosters, family accounts, centre budget and payroll.
Qualifications
* Experienced in a directorship role within early childhood education.
* Strong understanding of early childhood development and education principles.
* Excellent time management, communication, organisational and managerial skills.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
* Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to inspire and motivate a team.
