With Hybrid working arrangements and enormous pathways for internal growth and mobility, the business' continuous drive for expansion and growth has opened an opportunity for a seasoned Treasury professional to join the team and take ownership of key relationships, Debt and Capital management and long-term planning.
The Role
Reporting to the Deputy Treasurer, you will be responsible for:
* Leading updates on debt programmes across funding platforms, as well as maintaining key relationships through transaction execution.
* Assisting with the preparation for the Committee and Board paper requirements.
* Management and development of models for Financial Risk, supporting compliance with APAC policies around foreign currency, interest rate and credit risk.
* Ownership of all analysis for Treasury, including budgeting, reporting, forecasting and preparation of relevant board materials.
* Leading bank engagement and relationships for cash products and rates.
* Overseeing all Hedge Accounting activities for half-year and full-year purposes.
* Preparation of investor update materials, including roadshow and rating agency materials.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this position you should have:
* Minimum of 7+ years' Corporate Treasury experience post-qualification.
* CA/CPA/CFA Qualification is strongly preferred - membership in ACTA is likewise advantageous.
* Deep understanding of Debt Financing in a Heavy Asset or Project-based environment i.e. capital markets and bank debt, derivatives, hedging, liquidity and cash management.
* Experience in Risk management across Interest rate, Foreign Currency and Credit Risk - strong understanding of hedging execution and bond pricing is strongly preferred.
* High level communication skills and proven ability to influence leadership at multiple levels.
