Details: The Health and Community Services (HCSD) Directorate has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director, Workforce Experience in the Human Resources and is looking for an experienced and motivated person to join the team. The Assistant Director, Workforce Experience will contribute to building a connected, inclusive and high-performing workforce for HCSD. The role delivers strategic and operational projects across performance, engagement and DEI, developing practical policies and tools that strengthen the employee experience. Working with senior leaders, staff networks and cross‑government partners, it supports workforce improvements that align with the Directorate’s strategic priorities, legislative obligations and whole‑of‑government commitments. The position helps build capability, embed inclusive practices and create the conditions that enable people to perform at their best.

3. What qualitative and quantitative workforce data or evidence have you used to inform, monitor or evaluate workforce or DEI initiatives? How did you decide what success measures to use, and how did the evidence influence decisions to refine, adapt or strengthen the work?
