About the Role
This full-time leadership role reports to the Community Services Executive Manager and oversees multidisciplinary teams across aged care, disability, and SEWB (Social & Emotional Wellbeing) services.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading and inspiring a team of caseworkers, coordinators, and social workers
* Embedding BRAMS’ Model of Care and ensuring culturally safe service delivery
* Promoting person-centred care and compliance in assessments and care plans
* Driving continuous improvement, team development, and community engagement
About You
You’ll bring:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or similar
* 2–3+ years leadership experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or SEWB
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working cross-culturally
* Adaptability, solution-focus, and a strategic mindset
* Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly regarded
