Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain adherence to established standards for quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness
* Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skill development and continuous improvement
* Foster effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure food safety standards and manage workplace health and safety aspects
* Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and gross profit margins
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume venues
* Punctuality and reliability
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Experience with Asian ingredients is preferred but not essential
