The Opportunity
As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, including invoice & purchase order processing, reconciling all Vendors, and working closely with both vendors and fellow staff. As well as sharing the role of sales data entering for the Restaurant and Cellar Door. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in maintaining financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
* Reconcile accounts transactions and resolve discrepancies
* Communication with vendors and staff to address inquires
* Be back up for sales data entering for the Restaurant & Cellar Door
* Undertake day to day operation requirements including mail, banking, & electronic document management, first aid restocks
* General administration duties as required
Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, process driven, has an eye for detail, is a team player and has a good sense of humour.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
* Previous experience using Microsoft Business Central or other Microsoft related ERP system is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Has a current WA Drivers License
* Has the right to live & work in Australia
