Administrative Assistant
This role involves working as an administrative assistant on a casual basis, with the opportunity to work up to 5 days a week.
No prior experience is necessary, however, previous experience in reception or admin roles will be considered for commensurate salary.
* Answer and forward incoming telephone calls.
* Receive, sort and redirect postal mail and courier deliveries.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
* Organise outbound courier services and order office stationery.
* Provide support to other administration team members.
This position reports directly to the Head of Accounts & Admin Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
* Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining records.
* Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and book accommodations for staff.
* Mail and Courier Management: Receive, sort and redirect mail and courier deliveries.
