About your new role:
* Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
* Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
* Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
A little about you
* Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
* Experience in an early childhood setting.
* Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children
