Social Worker – Allied Health Department
The Social Worker will be a valued member of the Allied Health Department and will collaborate closely with medical, nursing and other allied health professionals in an interdisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person‐centred healthcare. The successful applicant will provide high quality Social Work service provision, work as part of the wider clinical team to optimise patient flow, and facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Flexible hours are required, including some weekend work.

Salary & Conditions
Salary and terms will be in accordance with the relevant state EBA or Award. Position is subject to satisfactory pre‐employment checks including Criminal Record and Working With Children checks.
