* Prior experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments is essential.
* Leadership experience, either direct or indirect, is required as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* Maintaining excellent department standards, including stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste reduction, and quality control, is crucial.
* Simplifying processes and adhering to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards are also vital responsibilities.
* Driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing is essential.
