About Role
Based in Carindale, this Assistant Concession Manager position supports a multi-brand concession spanning three pads across both menswear and womenswear. Ideally suited to someone seeking part-time hours (32 hours per week across five days), the role is also open to full-time candidates. Working a Sunday to Thursday roster, you will play a hands‐on role in delivering a high‐touch customer experience, maintaining strong visual standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a mix of upstairs and downstairs presence, this role requires someone confident working autonomously while supporting overall performance and presentation across the concession.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a retail leadership role at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to build genuine relationships
* Confident working across multiple areas with a high level of organization
* Visual merchandising capability or a strong willingness to develop in this space
* Proactive and self‐motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Passion for styling and creating an engaging in‐store experience
