About the role
Your role will be working closely with the Directors, Sales Team & Admin Team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Onsite Display Office. To be the first point of contact for clients and to support the Sales Team with conducting the administration tasks to support the sales process.
This role will start off with being 2 days a week with the potential to grow to a full-time role if desired.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Place Projects Energetic sales and marketing team in a lucrative and rewarding property development industry. You will commence on a project being launched into the Sunshine Coast Market.
Duties
- Conduct professional sales presentations to direct on Site enquiries by potential buyers and to potential buyers introduced by external agents.
- Dealing with clients on a daily basis at our information and display centre
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the Client.
- Manage the on-site displays and work with staff rosters.
- Assisting the sales, marketing and executive team with sales and administration
- Database management, document control and filing
**Requirements**:
- Competent in all aspects of Microsoft office
- Sales & marketing background preferred with good technology and social media skills.
- A passion for dealing with people, sales, marketing, and property
- Professional presentation with a bright, youthful, and vibrant attitude
- The successful applicant with need to have a strong team player attitude, attention to detail and time management skills. You will display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous Real Estate Experience preferred but not necessary
