As a Service Engineer you will deliver high‐quality technical services and solutions across Industrial Automation systems. This role is key to ensuring reliable operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver lifecycle support for automation systems, including design, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Execute service contracts and projects on time and within budget.
* Provide technical expertise across PLCs, SCADA, DCS, telemetry, and networking.
* Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
About You
You'll have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years' hands‐on experience in industrial automation services/projects.
Key Skills and Experience
* Knowledge and working understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC) and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS); will be an advantage.
* Programming skills in Python, C#, C/C++, JavaScript.
* Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
