WHO WE NEED Challenger is seeking multiple experienced food production cleaners to work at one of the leading global food manufacturers. This is a critical role, in which you will be required to maintain the highest standards of food and hygiene, as part of a a high-performance team. You will be trained to our award-winning standards and will be encouraged to take pride in your work, with a commitment to quality and safety. WHAT YOU'LL DO Production line deep cleaning-execute wet and dry cleaning procedures Correct chemical handling - apply industrial grade foaming agents and sanitisers Adhere to strict colour coded equipment protocols to prevent allergen or bacterial transfers between raw and cooked zones Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) Ensuring the highest level of quality standards are maintained with the support of your team WHAT YOU'LL NEED Must be available to work Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 12pm - 8pm. There can be some Sunday work on occasion in peak periods. Must have experience in food processing cleaning, including high risk and high care environments previous experience in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP Have a good understanding of the WH&S processes Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling Physically fit with the ability to perform scrubbing under machinery, lifting and working at heights (Ino platforms) Sound communication skills WHAT'S ON OFFER Secure work and regular pay – enjoy the confidence of working for a reliable and established company that looks after its workers.
