Key Job Responsibilities
This role requires an individual who can effectively manage, allocate and coordinate centralized pricing team resources, systems and processes to meet project deliverables within time, budget and quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing staff to maximize their potential and ensuring deadlines are met
* Liaising with clients, management and stakeholders from quote point of view
* Budgeting and forecasting to required accuracy levels
* Ensuring scope of work is fully understood for any project or program
* Articulating Critical Path Items towards delivery end milestone
* Communicating project goals and current status of work
* Working closely with delivery teams to ensure delivery meets client requirements
* Overseeing procurement and development of suitably qualified resources necessary to meet delivery objectives
This role demands a highly organized and communicative individual who thrives in team environments requiring dynamic solutions to problems.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or Property related discipline
* Demonstrated major project experience in similar role, leading team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
* Significant experience in managing Wireless telecommunication rollout projects end to end specifically Telstra with clear understanding of contract and deliverables
* Strong technical and project deployment rollout experience in SMR and SAED
* Commercial Acumen and problem solving skills
