Due to continued growth and a busy period, they are seeking two experienced Credit Officers to support their finance team on a month-to-month basis.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining a clean debtor ledger, and ensuring timely collections. This role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve disputes, release credit holds, and contributing to month-end reporting.
Key duties include:
* Proactive debt collection and account reconciliation
* Managing credit holds and recommending credit limit adjustments
* Preparing ageing reports and supporting month-end processes
* Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in credit control or collections is essential.
* Strong understanding of credit management principles
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
* Experience in multi-entity or multi-region environments is highly regarded.
