TSH is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation, registered charity, independent school and NDIS provider that has helped children with speech, language and hearing difficulties lead fulfilling lives since 1966.

About Us

We are a proud Western Australian success story and a family centred practice. TSH (formally Telethon Speech & Hearing) provides integrated services for children with hearing loss and/or speech and language difficulties from newborns to 18-year-olds. A team of education professionals work collaboratively alongside allied health professionals to empower children to hear, communicate, connect and learn.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a pivotal role responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manages sensitive and confidential matters and ensures the CEO's time and attention are focused on the most critical organisational priorities. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management, supporting the smooth functioning of executive operations

This is a part time position working 30 hours per week, which can be spread over four or five days.

About You

You will be a highly organised and engaging professional with extensive experience in providing proactive executive level support in a similar sized organisation. The success candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft high-quality documents and correspondence for diverse audiences.

Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and the confidence to anticipate needs before they arise.

High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity in managing sensitive and confidential matters.

Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams) and strong capability with document management and cloud-based systems.

An ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure and with competing demands.

Adaptability in the face of change, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges to best support the organisation's mission.
