We support women who may be or are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence and/or homelessness by providing digital, community and employment connections.
Regional Outreach Coordinator QLD Role
You will lead a team delivering services to women in need, developing leadership skills while making a real impact.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build a positive volunteer culture
* Manage rosters and shift coverage
* Coordinate Team Leaders through meetings and training
* Manage reports and incidents
* Onboard volunteers with systems
* Attend shifts to provide hands-on support and guidance
