The Role
As Operations Manager you'll :
* Lead and support the project team in delivering subdivision and urban development projects from start to finish.
* Be the key client‑facing contact: building strong relationships with developers, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
* Oversee budgets, forecasts and project performance working closely with the Director to meet high standards of delivery.
* Implement and refine systems, processes and workflows to boost efficiency, quality and safety.
* Thrive in a hands‑on environment where you'll contribute your technical experience, mentor others and take your leadership skills to the next level.
About You
Degree‑qualified Civil Engineer (essential)
* Proven experience in subdivision or urban civil infrastructure delivery as Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager.
* Commercially savvy: comfortable with budgets, reporting performance metrics.
* Strong communicator who can engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors and crews.
* Mentoring mindset: able to develop and support Project Engineers and Project Supervisors.
* Motivated for growth wanting to excel in a role with increasing responsibility and impact.
