Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to lead the planning efforts on a key contract role for a prestigious Hydropower Project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to decarbonisation and energy storage solutions.
* This role involves leading the development, maintenance, and monitoring of comprehensive construction schedules in Primavera P6, covering all site activities from installation to commissioning.
* You will oversee resource loading and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with project milestones, contractual commitments, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules in Primavera P6.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align schedules and manage interfaces, risks, and dependencies.
* Provide leadership to site scheduling teams and facilitate communication of schedule status, critical path, and interface risks to project leadership and stakeholders.
* Review subcontractor schedules and progress reports to ensure alignment with overall project plans.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* Engineering degree in Civil or Mechanical disciplines; Project Management qualifications.
* Minimum of 10+ years' experience in senior planning or scheduling roles within large-scale hydropower, infrastructure, or energy projects.
* At least 5+ years as a Lead Scheduler in complex construction environments.
