Tasks and responsibilities include
Ensuring all areas of the property are maintained to a high standard.
Lawn mowing, hedging and garden maintenance.
Controlling weeds by slashing or chemical spraying.
Ensure plant and equipment are kept in valuable working
Routine vehicle maintenance
Labouring work including digging out yards or boxes and filling with sand and/or sawdust
Commitment to safety, environmental and quality implementation. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of property.
