We are seeking an experienced Lead Horticulture Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to serve the community through horticultural services, utilizing their expertise in operating plant and equipment, applying horticulture operational practices, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Apply specialist skills in undertaking various operational activities associated with horticulture and recreational services, ensuring exceptional results and efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate and control staff on the work site, ensuring activities are undertaken in the appropriate sequence and to the required standard.
* Staff Development: Assist in the training and/or instruction of staff in operation of plant and equipment, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
* Certification: Certificate III in Horticulture/arboriculture/green keeping or related discipline.
* WHS Compliance: WHS White Card for Construction Work.
* Driver's Licence: NSW Class MR Driver's Licence.
