ABOUT THE ROLE
As the NSW Careers Engagement Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Careers Engagement Consultants to connect, inspire and develop students and graduates to help them realise the value of being a Chartered Accountant (CA).
This is a varied role that is responsible for the implementation of the future member acquisition strategy across NSW, delivery of KPI measures aligned to provisional membership and program enrolments through building and maintaining trusted relationships with employers, graduates, educators and students.
This is a great opportunity to drive the strategy, execution and relationship management across the region whilst developing a talented team.

We seek a dynamic leader with a passion for balancing operational delivery with big picture thinking. Your ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, build positive and long-lasting relationships, whilst coaching and developing a high performing team is what will set you apart. In addition, you will have:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills - able to develop strong relationships with a diverse audience
- Proven ability and passion to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of the education system or accounting profession would be highly advantageous
- Experience in Account Management / Relationship Management or Campus Recruitment would be highly regarded
- Results driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self starter with effective time management and prioritisation skills
