Assistant Store Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations.
* Support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management processes
* Store Administration
* Training and coaching of new team members
* Effectively delegating and managing the team
* Leadership and guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment
* Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
