Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Location: Brisbane, QLD (Primarily North Lakes, with potential travel across Queensland in future)

Salary: $125,000 – $130,000 (inclusive of superannuation)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Construction Supervisor to oversee refurbishment projects at our client's aged care facilities across Queensland. Based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for supervising one facility at a time, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents and staff. While initially focused on the Brisbane area, occasional travel across Queensland may be required as future projects arise.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site refurbishment and construction activities in live aged care environments.
Manage site shutdowns and coordinate temporary services.
Ensure works are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Liaise effectively with Facility Managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor compliance with WHS regulations and ensure a clean, safe site environment.
Report regularly to senior management on progress, issues, and risks.
Be flexible to travel regionally within Queensland if needed in the future.
About You
Qualified carpenter with hands-on site experience.
White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) is essential.
Current National Police Check with a clear record is required.
Proven experience supervising construction or refurbishment works, ideally in operational or live environments (aged care, healthcare, or similar).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing temporary site services and shutdown logistics.
Excellent understanding of WHS requirements and site safety practices.
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing project demands.
