**Regional Partnership Coordinator (Loddon Campaspe)**
- _Salary: _$113,022 - $136,747 _(Plus Superannuation)_
- _Fixed Term position to 30 June 2026_
- _Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)_
- _Usual work location: Bendigo GovHub (flexibility may be available) _

**The Role**

As a Regional Partnership Coordinator, you will coordinate support for the Loddon Campaspe Partnership and its work program to achieve better outcomes for the region's economy, communities, and environment. Working closely with the Loddon Mallee team, you will lead coordination and design of meetings, manage economic development initiatives and contribute to the work of the broader team including program delivery.

You will demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, responsiveness and flexibility. High level organising, planning and communication skills, together with excellent stakeholder management and community engagement skills, are required in this role.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Manage and coordinate the Loddon Campaspe Partnership, co-ordinating agenda items, presentations and materials from across government for quarterly meetings, providing high-level advice to the Regional Partnership chair, deputy secretary member, RDV Regional Director on the Partnership's activities and operations.
- Prepare authoritative, high quality, well researched correspondence, reports, submissions, presentations and briefings with clear and concise recommendations that reflect government policy and priorities, within agreed timeframes and suitable for its intended audience.
- Contribute to the delivery of program objectives by maintaining strategic links with program areas including facilitating grant and milestone management activities and monitoring, managing and reviewing performance of grant recipients and supporting cohesive grant delivery within the group.
- Oversee the delivery of priorities identified by the Regional Partnership by working across departments to shape and propose options, coordinating a local implementation program, acting as a broker to bring multiple stakeholders together and monitoring progress against agreed outcomes.
- Work as part of a networked team across RDV Loddon Mallee to foster a high-performance culture focussed on continuous improvement within a safe and healthy work environment. Proactively lead change and identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies.

**The Team**

The position of Regional Partnership Coordinator will work across Loddon Mallee branch, which sits within the Regional Development Victoria group.

Regional Development Victoria group works with businesses, communities and across government to deliver economic growth, create jobs, build resilience, and support economic recovery in our regions. We have a strong role in activating networks; building partnerships; realising outcomes that boost local economic and community resilience; and bringing the lived experience of communities into government decision making. In delivering our portfolio priorities, we work closely with parts of government given the many synergies and linkages with other priorities across government.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- **Stakeholder management**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Identify and responds to stakeholders' underlying needs; uses understanding of the stakeholder's organizational context to ensure outcomes are achieved; and finds creative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.
- **Stakeholder engagement**: Proven understanding of business and community engagement practices and principles and practices and proven experience in working with rural and regional Victorian stakeholders. Ability to identify issues in common and uses to build mutually beneficial partnerships and outcomes.
- **Conceptual and Analytical**: High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to use these to reason through problems and issues, and synthesise ideas from a variety of sources.
- **Governance**: Demonstrated ability to achieve high standards of performance while delivering on competing demands and expectations, with a strong background in secretariat and administration management, including compliance with relevant department and government guidelines.
