Duties and Responsibilities
* Elevate the à la carte offering at our Altitude Restaurant and Lounge Bar, bringing fresh ideas and energy to enhance the guest experience.
* Inspire a team, champion local produce, and develop innovative menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Heads of Department to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
Key Performance Indicators
* Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and product quality.
* Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and menu engineering.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* 2+ years management experience in food and beverage (multi-venue experience a bonus).
* A reputation for providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests.
* A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
* Strong financial and inventory management skills.
* Knowledge of contemporary food and service trends and culinary styles.
* Broad knowledge of wine varieties and appropriate food and wine combinations.
* Experience living and working in a remote location preferred but not essential.
* Valid RSA and DoFoodSafely Certificate of completion.
