About The OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Technical Writer to join our Hunter Class Frigate program (HCFP) on a permanent full-time basis, in Melbourne, VIC or Adelaide, SA.
You will be responsible for driving and leading a team of Technical Writers / Authors to deliver technical publication solutions, ensuring alignment with project procedures and goals.

* Lead a team of Technical Publications Authors
* Design architecture to support technical publications
* Define and implement Support Engineering objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements
* Establish communication mechanisms for stakeholder engagement
* Travel domestically and internationally as needed
About YOU
* Diploma or equivalent in Technical Writing or related experience
* Experience leading technical writing teams
* Proven experience in Maritime Technical Publications
* Effective stakeholder communication skills
* Knowledge of S1000D is desirable
