 
        
        Overview 
The Role: Provide a broad range of high level administrative and executive support to the Nursing Director, ensuring the provision of a complete range of office management support services. This includes diary management, meeting coordination and support, researching and collecting statistical data, and report and document writing including financial documents. 
The Team 
Supporting the Nursing Director and Project Nurse to foster a culture aligned with the Department of Health values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. This role supports the strategic direction and priorities of the Nursing Division of the North West as part of the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Office.

You will need 
High level written and verbal communication skills, including liaising with a diverse range of internal and external clientele in a sensitive and confidential manner. 
Well-developed computer skills with a high level of accuracy. 
Ability to organise, set priorities and meet deadlines. 
Details of appointment 
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 27 October 2025 (where applicable). Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant. This selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies. 
Salary and benefits 
Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary packaging is available with a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 plus $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, and other eligibility benefits. 
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
