What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and mentor the clinical team to ensure excellence in care delivery
* Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Drive continuous improvement and clinical governance initiatives
* Support staff development and performance
* Collaborate with residents, families, and stakeholders to enhance wellbeing
About You
* AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience
* Previous experience in a Care Manager or senior clinical role
* Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
* Collaborative and approachable leadership style
* Passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
