About the role
Heartland Motors is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our Wholesale Parts Department at our Head Office in Blacktown. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth clerical operation of the warehouse, including accurate recording of stock, assisting with dispatch processes, and supporting warehouse staff during stock audits.
This is a part-time position (Monday to Friday, with hours to be agreed with the Warehouse Manager), with occasional weekend work depending on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving parts into stock and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensuring the dispatch of parts is tracked and recorded in the system.
- Assisting with regular stock takes and weekly spot audits.
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with stock flow analysis when required.
- Providing assistance to the General Manager, Wholesale Parts, as needed.
- Contributing to other warehouse and parts administration duties as required.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in parts warehousing and administration.
- Familiarity with relevant computer systems (desired but not essential).
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A current Class C driver’s licence.
