A successful Account Manager will have ownership of a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across the state. This involves a combination of phone and field sales to drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, increase new product adoption, and foster brand loyalty. As an embedded solution and valuable business partner, you will play a critical role in cementing Domain's presence in the market.
In this dynamic role, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader to build strong partnerships with key clients. By maintaining close collaboration and delivering exceptional customer service, you will improve outcomes for clients by offering solutions across Domain's portfolio of products. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial meetings and demonstrations to contract execution and reporting on account performance.
To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter with a proactive attitude and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in sales related to the Real Estate or SaaS industry is essential, as well as the ability to drive and meet clients across the territory. A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
