We are launching a brand new Sushi outlet at Newcastle Airport and we need a rare hybrid leader with genuine culinary skills to run the show.

What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality sushi and sashimi with speed and precision
* Train and mentor your new staff to reach your high standards
* Keep the store spotless including dishwashing and sanitation
* Handle the rush of airport crowds with a smile and a plan
* Operate independently to ensure the business succeeds daily
* Maintain flawless hygiene records as the Food Safety Supervisor
About You
* Hands-on experience preparing sushi and sashimi is non-negotiable
* Current Food Safety Supervisor qualification is a must
* A "can-do" attitude that isn't afraid of hard work or cleaning
* Proven history of supervising others in a retail food setting
* Flexible and reliable enough for airport shifts and transport
