The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of the maintenance department, including maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, maintaining inventories, caring for equipment, performing the resort preventative maintenance program, and completing all department‐related paperwork. This role also maintains the resort grounds and gardens.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable (maintenance and grounds/gardens)
* Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner
* The ability to work a flexible roster, with weekend shifts (Sunday – Tuesday) and occasional Saturdays
