**About the opportunity**
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Job Site Specialist to develop and enhance our Milwaukee business and customer base across an already successful area. Reporting to the Jobsite Solutions Manager NSW, the Job Site Specialist will be charged with their own territory across Sydney, to convert strategic users to the Milwaukee brand.
**Key duties**:
- Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets 
- Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to our user network including our TAFE and Hire partners 
- Keep administration requirements up to date by using Sales Force. This includes planning work with our dealer network to engage users that we can provide solutions for 
- Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team about activity taking place in the user and dealer market 
- Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers 
- Identify major users of Power Tools and Accessories and make contact, in order to promote our products 
- Drive in-field conversions, trialing of new product and increasing brand awareness 
- Organise and attend trade days and exhibitions 
- Monitor competitor pricing, product and activities 
- Execute joint end user calls with distributor sales staff 
- Complete and take part in product training as required 
- Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the company and ensuring that overall organisational objectives are achieved 
- Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management 
- Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality 
- Job Site Specialist or End User sales experience 
- Experience selling value add solutions and products into the industrial or construction markets in Australia 
- Hands on experience with tools is desirable 
- Confident and engaging in demonstrating and presenting to groups, using your technical knowledge of tools 
- High level of autonomy - must be highly self-organised and motivated 
- Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems and reporting 
- Structured, methodical and strategic mind set coupled with an ability to "just get the job done" 
- Drivers licence with good driving record
