Overview
In this role, we are looking for a switched-on individual who can coordinate successful delivery of regular service calls. You will respond to clients and arrange repairs to be conducted by our service technicians, doing all this with excellent customer service.
Role Title: Service Administrator
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Regional Manager - Central Coast
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Preference for someone with a background in a similar role, or familiarity with roles in service and repairs
* Exceptional communication skills and friendly customer service
* Strong computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel) to understand our internal systems and deliver timely service
* Highly motivated, willingness to learn and to meet results/targets
* A strong team player and ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities
* Receive calls from customers in a professional manner
* Communicate customer requirements with our Service Technicians, and schedule service calls
* Process purchase orders with relevant suppliers and invoices as required
* Follow up on the progress of current jobs and provide updates to customers
* Investigate and communicate opportunities to improve processes or expand the service business
