* Senior Planning Officer
o $106,999.38 to $112,630.07 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation
* Planning Officer
o $96,731.43 to $101,823.62 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation

Senior Planning Officer
What you'll do:
* Lead the assessment of complex development and subdivision applications
* Represent the City at SAT, DAP, and other forums
* Supervise and mentor Planning Officers
* Provide expert planning advice and contribute to policy development
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning
* Extensive experience in statutory planning and leadership
* Strong understanding of WA planning legislation
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Planning Officer
What you'll do:
* Respond to planning enquiries and provide pre-lodgement advice
* Assess development and subdivision applications
* Conduct site inspections and prepare reports
* Investigate compliance matters and provide statutory planning advice
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or related discipline
* Strong knowledge of statutory planning in a local government context
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Local Government experience and current driver's licence required
