SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors
* High process improvement focus
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters
* Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives
* Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and marketing patient monitors to measure success
* Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
